The Muddy Creek Artists Guild is excited to announce its 15th annual "Pop-Up" Holiday Art Show and Sale. The show will be held over two weekends, December 6-8 and December 13-15, 2024, at 179 Mitchells Chance Road, Edgewater, Md. 21037 (Main Street at South River Colony Shopping Center).  It's free and open to the public.

The Muddy Creek Artists Guild is a roving band of intrepid artists whose mission is to support and promote the original art of southern Anne Arundel County artists. Immerse yourself in this professional art gallery experience, featuring a wide variety of media, including painting, pottery, photography, jewelry, glass, woodworks and more. The show provides a great opportunity to engage with local artists, as well as shop for unique artworks and gift items.  Holidays are also a time for giving. Purchase a raffle ticket to win a free piece of art! This money goes directly to the art teachers of South County public schools.

 

We will also host a DIY art session, "Studio Intrepid", on Dec 7, 8 (Sat, Sun) and Dec 14 (Sun) from 1-4pm. Bring your kids, a friend or just yourself and create your own work of art to take home with you -- free!

 

But wait there's more -- join us for a wine and cheese "Meet the Artists" reception on Saturday Dec 7 from 5-7pm -- live music by Rich Hayward, light refreshments, and a chance to meet and talk to the artists and browse some cool art. It's a fun way to spend an evening!
