The December 2017 issue of What's Up? Annapolis featured an interview with Muddy Creek oil painter Steve Schulman. He and another artist received "Best in Show" honors in the recent Arts Council of Anne Arundel County exhibit held at the What's Up? offices, and both were invited to share their artistic insights with the magazine's readers.
